Explain this to me

I just sent in our last payment Contacted the trustee's office and was asked if I sent in our 2008 tax returns? Told her I hadn't filed yet. Didn't ask, but do I have to?

Since you are not yet discharged, I believe you would still be required to do so. It can be anywhere from 2 to 3 months before you receive your discharge. Check with your attorney to be sure.

You still need to file your 2008 taxes. You did not complete your bk until 2009, so you are still required to file. But on the upside, if you get a tax refund...you may be able to keep it.
