On 3/2 I filled out a form to suspend bk payment for 90 days due to job loss. I just checked on pacer and there is nothing that shows up. Does that mean my attorney hasn't sent anything in, or does it take a while to show up on pacer.

I'm not sure how the process works as far as asking to suspend payments, meaning, it might have to go through the Trustee first, but from what I've found out on this forum is that anything filed with the BK court, would show up on Pacer immediately. Pacer is "real time" activity.Originally posted by lockedout View PostOn 3/2 I filled out a form to suspend bk payment for 90 days due to job loss. I believe that payment suspensions are generally handled through the Trustee and not through the Court.Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)
Status: (Auto) Discharged and Closed! 5/10
