I had a car I was leasing at the time of my bankruptcy. I tried to include it in the Ch 13, but it was rejected. the vehicle was turned in to the leasing company after that. Now my bankruptcy is over and they are coming after me for the full amount of the vehicle! Can they do this?

08/10/11 - DISCHARGED !
10/02/11 - CASE CLOSED
