    Confirmed 13, now loss job...question...

Hi Y'all, I hope to keep this as brief, yet give you the most details as possible.

    I'm wondering what to do.....

At the end of the month I am losing my part time job. I contribute $971 to our total monthly income of $9550.41 (I'm reading these numbers off our court papers.) Annualized income total is $114,604.92. Applicable median family of six income is $77,745, making the desposible income of $36,859.92.
After the adjustments to determind disposable income, our total deductions allowed per month is $8941.39, allowing a monthly disposable income of $609.02. (income of $9550.41- deductions of $8941.39=$609.02)

My question is... with the loss of my $971 per month, it makes for our disposable income to be a negative. Does this mean we qualify for a conversion to a 7 or just a retuced payment amount?

We are in month 3 of our 60 month payback schedule.

    TIA!

Thanks for giving us as much info as possible, but it's still not possible to give you a reliable answer to whether you can convert to Ch 7. Ask your lawyer to run your figures through the Ch 7 B22A forms and see if conversion will be possible (and I'm so sorry to hear about your job loss ).
I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice nor a statement of the law - only a lawyer can provide those.
