What should I ask our attorney?

Turned in packet of assets, income and expenses to the attorney a week ago - meeting with him this afternoon to discuss his analysis of those numbers.

We are below the state median - but will likely be forced into a Chapter 13 - I think our expenses are too low.

I'm guessing this will be our last meeting - before we file.

Can anyone suggest final questions I should be asking?

The one thing you absolutely need to do is go over your completed Means Test and Schedules forms with a fine tooth comb line by line. Question anything that doesn't look right or doesn't make sense. (Keep in mind that amounts owed can be somewhat flexible.) Once the explanations you receive satisfy you and everything looks ok (and not before), then sign the forms. Do not sign them until you see everything in place that you provided to your attorney.
I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice nor a statement of the law - only a lawyer can provide those.
