Check this website out for great info to protect yourself [website removed by moderator]. I have a consumer protection attorney helping me and its worked great. I removed myself from chapter 13 and living again. not tied to monthly,unrealistic payments. I hope this helps. When I first filed for chapter 13 no one told me there was an alternative to BK.
