Does any body know what the max allowable exemptions are for items such as power,internet,pest service,food,water,garbage,fuel,ect? I am in CA. Thanks

to the poster, I believe you will need to discuss this with your attourney to determine what the trustee is allowing in your district, but generally the use the IRS tables. however if your mortgage is higher than that allowd by the IRS tables, you use the amount you are paying. And there is california case law that has determined the trustee can not dictate how much your allowed for mortgage. as far as Utilities, i will be using a 12 month rolling average, and that is what i will be presenting. If the trustee objects, I have several years of back utility bills to give him so he can see that those are my actual costs.Stopped Paying CC's 2/2009. Retained Attorney 1/10/2010 Filed 1/23/2010.
