    Gettting Anxious

I am anxiously waiting discharge within the next 30 days. The trustee is auditing my case according to my attorney, and he told me I am on the docket for June.

I just looked at the trustee website and see that my Case Status shows as " REQUIRES REVIEW; COMPUTER GENERATED CODE " has anyone ever seen this, or know what it means?

I hope it is not something that will hold me up longer. October 2008 was 48 months of 60 month plan, and I made some extra payments to have the the plan amended to 49 months officially, but I am still waiting on the official discharge. I feel so handcuffed.

Chapter 13 cases are always audited at the end. This is where they reconcile the payments expected, the payments received, and the payments disbursed to make sure the case was properly administered. It's the Trustee's duty to do this.

You should be fine! Plus, you're pre-BAPCPA 2005!

Hang in there..it took me months to be officially discharged.
If you are still making payments it will be nice to have them returned to you.

I expect to be a responsible bill payer for 24 months after discharge to have ANY credit extended to me. And I have learned to live without it.

My pay garnishments stopped first week of January. I have about 2600.00 on hand in trustee account. I too have learned to live without credit, never really was an issue before. I only filed to save vehicles and home.

I will purchase a new or newer used vehicle as soon as discharge. Need reliable vehicle for work.

        Thanks for the info
