Are u above or below the median income? Your negative DMI that you speak of, are you basing that on the means test?

That may be to pay your secured debts. DO you have a car? Home mortgage? Lawyer fees included in the plan? Other secured debt?

In many Districts, all secured payments are made through the Trustee (aka "inside the plan"). This is normal.

yes...the mortgage is going to be paid my us separately. The car will be included and they suggest $187.00 a month x 50 months just for that. No other secured. rest is CC

I guess the rest is taxes and/or attorney fees? That is, the $614 less the $187 car payment or about $425/month? What else is in your plan? (How much is your mortgage and/or do you have mortgage arrears?)

I wonder what the rest of the payment is for then. Certainly it's some lawyer fees in there, and some Trustee fees. I don't see how to get from $187/month to $614/month.

$187 month with or without interest, if the interest is seperate, you would need to push more money to the plan, but not that much more at the current till rate.
