    Repoed car back!

    I can attest that anyone who has had their car repoed can get it back by filing 13 I did!
    Just make sure you beat that 15-20 day period the finance company or bank gives you!

        From what I've read all over the net & even here people have gotten their car returned. But the key is filing before that 15-20 day time period before auction!
        I guess it depends on how in the rears you are in payments? I was only 2.
