    341 today! (again)

I called my lawyer on Thursday afternoon and asked him if he needed a ride. He was not so amused but I got a chuckle Says he has other clients today as well and it's on his calendar so we'll see! At least I got most of my nervous butterflies out the first time.

So we're all dying to know how it went today. Did your lawyer make it? (Please say yes! )
I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice nor a statement of the law - only a lawyer can provide those.

      06/28/06 - 341 Meeting
      07/18/06 - Confirmation Hearing - not confirmed, 3 objections
10/05/06 - Hearing to resolve 2 trustee objections
01/24/07 - Judge dismisses mortgage company objection
      09/27/07 - Confirmed at last!
06/10/11 - Trustee confirms all payments made
      08/10/11 - DISCHARGED !

he did. I was starting to wonder again because we were there ten minutes before and he wasn't there. He got there at the dot of 1 exactly. The only question we had from the trustee was why we had "Additional Federal WH" as an expense on our plan. We explained that because the paystubs were from when we owned a house and could itemize deductions. Now that we're surrendering the home, no more itemization so a lot more federal tax is due. He just wants a spreadsheet showing that which is no problem. I used the IRS tax calculator to do it....I'll just print that out and forward it to my attorney. Very, very painless
