On the national data center, it now says confirmation date 6/24/09. does that mean we are now officially confirmed? On the pacer, it doesnt say anything. Thanks

Sorry, but no - seeing a date on NDC doesn't mean your case is officially confirmed. When your trustee does confirm your plan, you will get an official letter from the court signed by the judge and also see the document posted on PACER.Originally posted by helpsoneeded View Post

In our case, I saw the confirmation on NDC and within a week I received the court's letter. I still haven't checked out pacer. I think I'm leary of having to pay 8 cents a page and then getting carried with it.CH13 filed 5/21/09; 341 6/17/09; confirmed 7/14/09]
