On the national data center, it now says confirmation date 6/24/09. does that mean we are now officially confirmed? On the pacer, it doesnt say anything. Thanks

Sorry, but no - seeing a date on NDC doesn't mean your case is officially confirmed. When your trustee does confirm your plan, you will get an official letter from the court signed by the judge and also see the document posted on PACER.Originally posted by helpsoneeded View PostOn the national data center, it now says confirmation date 6/24/09. does that mean we are now officially confirmed? Think of NDC as more of a bookkeeping tool for your trustee. All the official court 'stuff' regarding your case is happening on PACER.I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice nor a statement of the law - only a lawyer can provide those.
