tax returns..send copies to trustee?

Do you have to send in copies of your tax returns to the trustee each year? We weren't told this by our attorney.

This depends on which District you are in. Just double-check with your attorney if it's required in your District. At least one other District that never required tax returns, just started doing it. There are very few Districts that don't require tax returns to be filed annually with the Trustee, for Chapter 13 debtors.
