The money goes back to the Debtor. Generally, though, the Debtor would have paid off their Plan early, and their lawyer would file a Motion to Discharge Debtor because you're done!

Disbursements from chpater 13
Ok my question is in a chpater 13 when the client is paying back 100% of the unsecured (credit cards) and just forefieting the mortgages and cleint pays into the plan. But say creditors (credit cards) don't file for the money or want it. to little to come after what ever the reason. But there is money left over in the plan and no disburstments where does that money go or end up? Does client get back the money or does it go to the courts, or the trustees or the lawyers filing for the client?
