Long time reader, first time responder. Just wanted to let future Chapter 13BK's know a little about the 341 process here in Kansas City. We filed our BK on 7/29/09, and just had our 341 this afternoon (08/27/09). We arrived an hour early because the fear of not finding a parking place. Plenty of time and plenty of parking for all. Was able to get an idea on the processing by watching other BKer's going through the motions. Typical questioning, as long as you have your attorney with you to front any questions or concerns, it went very smoothly, it felt like a long time, but actual time in front of the TT rep was probably less than 10 minutes. I just want to say that this forum is the greatest thing when it comes to answering any questions that might come up, you guys have been the greatest, and we (meaning my wife and I) would have severe anxiety attacks and many sleepless nights. But now we are officially in the 60 day club. Once again, many thanks. Oh by the way, it does help to review just about any input that may be common with your issues as well.
