Done with 341!!!

I had my 341 today! Everything went very smooth. I had about 15 people ahead of me and I was the next to last person to go. The trustee even made a little joke about not holding it against me that I work for (DoD Navy)! I guess he was Army or something...

Anyway, he didn't have any objections to any of my expenses and of course no objection to the payback (100%).

I guess it will be smooth sailing for now. I'm just ready to pay my payments and be done! 59 months to go!!!!

Way to go, zeezee! Now you have a big "DONE!" checkmark in the box by '341' on the Ch 13 timeline! Now it's on to the confirmation hearing. I hope all goes well for you and your plan is confirmed quickly!

how do you know your pending confirmation date? just curious? is it based on a # of days or does Pacer show a date for you??

On your initial CH13 filing notice it will show you all of the dates that are pertinent:

341 (meeting of Creditors)
Deadlines: for filing proof of claims for Govt. and non-Govt.
Deadline to determine dischargeability
Deadline to Object to Exemptions
Hearing on Confirmation

It goes on and on...
