    341 today - no problems!

    Had 341 today at noon. Hallway was packed with about 18 cases. Ours was called at about 12:20. Typical questions asked that were answered in the bk schedules. No surprises. No objections. No creditors showed up. No payment modifications. Hope confirmation goes as smoothly. Meeting was done through Trustee's paralegal who was very nice.
    Filed July 2009. Discharged 08/08/2014. Awaiting closing. We made it !!!! Woo-hoo!

      09/27/07 - Confirmed at last!
      06/10/11 - Trustee confirms all payments made
      08/10/11 - DISCHARGED !
      10/02/11 - CASE CLOSED
      Countdown: 60 months paid, 0 months to go

        May 2008 Hired 1st Attorney/Stopped paying CCs
        May 21, 2009 Retained 2nd Attorney
        May 28th - Filed for Ch 7 (FINALLY!)
        9/11/09 - DISCHARGED!!!!
