How long does it take the NDC to update their claims records? Pacer shows 16 out of 28 claims so far and the NDC only shows 4. The account section is usually fast in showing my auto deducted payments. Usually in 5 buisness days.

where you over the median? I have 65K unsecure. How did you get a 3 year plan? did you payback 100%? My disposable is around $400 per month on my 22C-but on my Schedule J its $200. I'm having a hard time with my attorneys paralegal giving me my allowable deductions. I think I'm going to go pro se--I probally lost my $300 I gave him-but, I just can't wait any longer. I just don't know how to do a "plan"--I'm going to see if I can get into pacer and look at some plans already filed and confirmed.

The only Ch 13 filers who get three-year plans have incomes under the median for family size in their state.Originally posted by lillybell View PostHow did you get a 3 year plan?
You are really close to breaking even. Are you filing Ch 13 to keep your house or other assets? Or would you rather file Ch 7 and likely be done in 3-4 months? My disposable is around $400 per month on my 22C-but on my Schedule J its $200. I'm having a hard time with my attorneys paralegal giving me my allowable deductions.
I beg of you.....please DO NOT try to file a Ch 13 on your own. Looking at other plans can be helpful, but those people are not you! Because there's no much variation between how the bk law is interpreted in Ch 13s and there so much variability between what local court judges and trustees allow, it's incredibly easy to make an innocent mistake and find yourself in terrible trouble. Ignorance of the law and how the law is interpreted is no excuse either.I think I'm going to go pro se--I probally lost my $300 I gave him-but, I just can't wait any longer. Believe me, it will be a LOT more expensive to fix a botched Ch 13 filing than to just pony up the cash and retain a good lawyer to start with.
What expenses is your lawyer and his/her paralegal reluctant to allow? Can you document those expenses with receipts or other reliable proof?I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice nor a statement of the law - only a lawyer can provide those.
