confirmation hearing moved...good or bad?

We were supposed to have our hearing last week and I haven't heard anything from our attorney. TOday I get a phone call saying the hearing has been moved and we need to schedule a meeting with our attorney.

I'm a little worried...is this normal?

Assuming that "hearing" means your confirmation hearing, then pushing it to a later date can happen for lots of reasons.

The only way you are going to find out what's up is to call your lawyer. Check PACER too - there might be something posted there as well.

Be sure to let us know what happens, ok? Hang in there. Just because there's a bump on the Ch 13 road doesn't mean all is lost (although it might feel that way )

Nothing on Pacer yet. The attorney's office said it was "adjourned" and they said that happens often. I hope that just means it was pushed to another day because there were too many on that day.
