    older car and means test

I have heard that I can claim an additional $200 in operating expenses for a high-mileage older car, but I do not see anything on the means test that would allow that. Am I missing something? Is the $200 extra monthly expense allowed and, if so, where do I include that expense on the means test. Thanks for your help

The Trustee in my Districts puts it on Line 22a Transportation: Operating Expense. So you take the "IRS" allowance plus an additional $200. Make sure you account for this on on Schedule J as well (under Transportation)... making sure you add an additional $200, not just put $200 for Transportation on line 8 of Schedule J.
