    Welcome tot he forum (even though you have really been here quite a while)!

    It is a pleasure to meet a fellow BK'er. It sounds like you have spent a lot of time educating yourself on the process. That, alone, puts you ahead of 99% of filers.

    Looks like you have given thought to all the important aspects of CH 13 and prepared accordingly.

      Sounds like you pre-planned your filing well and have an excellent lawyer....that's most of the battle when filing a 13. Good job and welcome out of lurk mode!

      06/10/11 - Trustee confirms all payments made
