Can I change the amount that I contribute to my retirement plan now before filing? I contribute $25 per bi-weekly pay, my husband $40.00. We would like to both contribute $50.00 per bi-weekly pay. Is that reasonable for a chapter 13 in PA?

Also, in PA - can anyone tell me where to find out what actually happens at most 341 meetings? Maybe what I can expect?

Unfortunately, you need to speak to your attorney regarding anything as to 401(k) contributions because determinations as to any contributions appears to be district related. Do not increase or decrease payments or savings of any kind without consulting with your attorney.
