    Notify Employer?

Will the trustee notify your employer to start payroll deduction or can this be handled directly by me?

    #2
This isn't handled by you or your Trustee. The Wage Deduction Order comes from the Court and signed by the Judge. It is sent by the Clerk of the Court to the address supplied for your employer in the Motion for Entry of Wage Deduction Order.

The reason it comes from the Court as an Order, is because it serves as an injunction for garnishments on your pay, except for child support and other DSOs.
    Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)
Status: (Auto) Discharged and Closed! 5/10
