Confirmation & Plan update

My confirmation hearing is scheduled for 5/18. Based on a few changes from our 341 meeting in March, a small raise and bonus I received in February, and a new expense, our attorney needed to make updates to our original plan.

I am assuming that all needs to be completed prior to the confirmation hearing. is that correct? I haven't heard from our attorney lately and I wasn't sure if I should start bugging him or wait.

I suggest you call your attorney and ask when the amended schedules will be ready for your signature. That's a polite way to say "just want to be sure you don't forget" and may help avoid a last minute scramble.
