We, filed Chapter 13 we had our court hearing 11/09. We, are making our payments. Today I received this form, (NOTICE OF TRANSFER OF CLAIM OTHER THAN FOR SECURITY) I am not sure what it's about. It has a Transferee (ECMC) Transferor (CITBANK) and then it has a $ amount. Can someone help me? Thanks

Citibank sold their interest in the claim to ECMC. ECMC has asked the bankruptcy court to be "noticed" on any further documents pertaining to your case.
