    Proof of claim question

when i filed my chapter 13 petition the attorney stated money owed to CA EDD was a priorty and would be paid at 100 percent now i logged onto pacer and the proof of claim was submitted as non priority unsecured claim what does that mean for my plan? I was paying priority and secured 100% unsecured 7%

Assuming it's not an error that gets fixed later, your plan payment will be the same and the percentage to unsecured will increase. That also assumes you aren't keeping non-exempt assets that created a minimum that must be paid to unsecured creditors. If that is the case and you had to cut expenses to the bone to make your plan feasible, ask your attorney if you can modify your plan to increase expenses and decrease your plan payment in an amount equal to the EDD debt divided by the number of months in your plan.
