Yay! I am so happy I could just scream, but got email from attorney that the 2nd lien holder is not fighting back & have proceeded with the lien strip upon us completing the CH13! That is the best news I have gotten in a long time; so now hopefully we are on to confirmation....one gigantic step down! Whoo hoo!
