Yes, if your plan does not get confirmed you will be refunded everything you have paid so far.

Funds, the source of which is from post petition earnings (as opposed to the liquidation of some asset), held by the 13 Trustee in an unconfirmed case are returned to the debtor AFTER payment of allowed administrative claims. If your attorney applied for payment and his fees were "approved", he will be paid before any $$ is sent back to you. In addition, the 13 Trustee may take a small amount to cover his "costs".
