Tax Refund

Hello...

So we got our tax refund back about 3 wks ago. We are in 100% payback on our Chapter 13 so our lawyer said we would not have to turn it over to our trustee.

Most of it is all spend now after paying back property taxes etc.

Got a letter from our trustee today that he wants our refunds!!! Dont have it.

NOW WHAT.

Call your attorney. If his advice was correct, he should contact the trustee and straighten him/her out. If his advice was incorrect, he needs to find a way to repair the damage.
