Confirmed!!
We finally got confirmed last week and now can begin the 5 year journey (4 payments down). This was the best thing we could ever have done and it has made life so much easier. After discharge we will have stripped a 2nd and approximately 150k worth of debt. I'm gratefull to everyone who has provided so much insight on this forum. Using the info gleened, we were able to get great representation and will be paying less than $200 a month with over 100k in income
We have learned to live on cash, are saving 18% of our income in 401k's which we did not have to change
and are building an emergency fund. The journey will be long, though much easier than our wildest dreams! but the lessons learned will be worth it. Thanks all!
