    National Data Center Question

I am nearing the end of my Chapter 13 plan. I am paying back 100%, but due to several high dollar claims not being filed, it will end before the original 60 months are reached. The balance due by adding all the claims on the NDC is about $4000, with a balance on hand of about $2000. Since I pay $700 a month, can I trust these numbers and be confident of completing the plan in about 3 months?

No, you can't trust NDC to be accurate about your payoff amount. Ask your attorney to request a payout amount from your trustee. That's the one reliable way to know how much more you have to pay.

Great to hear that you have successfully gotten through your 13 and are almost done! Be sure to let us know when you are officially discharged so we can celebrate with you in grand style!
I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice nor a statement of the law - only a lawyer can provide those.
