Time to celebrate is near! Case scheduled to close 2/29/2012!!

I can't believe it's my turn to do the happy dance!!! All payments in, paperwork sent to court to get discharge, case scheduled to close per trustee on 2/29! FIVE YEARS!! I had two babies (to add to the two I already had) during this whole mess, so it's been tough on us all, but now in the end I feel empowered to move on and stay smart about finances! This forum has been SO helpful!!

Of course they are angels, especially my 12 year old daughter---LOL. I was pregnant with #3 when I filed, born by the time I found this lovely place... my little dude just turned two! I'm nervous of course for the future, but SO glad to have this behind us!

Question: Scheduled to close? Where did you see that? Or did the trustee tell u that date?

The scheduled to close date was in the letter from the trustee with documents to submit to the court (Certificate of Domestic Support Obligation), it said to please return the certificate to the court immediately so as not to delay the closing date of 2/29. I hope it is a true date, we'll see, in any case, they confirm all payments received, so I know we are on the last page of this chapter!

Update!! I printed my DISCHARGE order off pacer today!!! I will have to add that to my signature!! Now waiting until case closed by trustee...right now it says "completed" in 13 network, they issued our overpayment refund. Now how long until closed? The discharge was fast, hoping closing is fast. Now does the court "Close" it or is the trustee?
