Well I filed in June 2005 and was discharged in Oct 2009.
Today my last public record fell off Transunion. WOOO HOOOO!!!!!
My credit scores are Transunion - 753, Experian-732(faco), Equifax - 729.
For those starting out, know that it gets better! I have a beautiful home and no problems getting car loans with my CU. I've also learned to be much more responsible with my use of credit.
For me Chapter 13 was a hard life lesson.
