We are meeting with our BK lawyer tomorrow morning to review our Ch 13 plan before filing. Any specific things we should be sure to ask about or watch out for? Any personal experiences to share about what you wish you would have asked about or checked on before signing on the dotted line? Thanks in advance - don't know what I would do without this board for support and real-world practical BK advice!

10/05/06 - Hearing to resolve 2 trustee objections
01/24/07 - Judge dismisses mortgage company objection
09/27/07 - Confirmed at last!
06/10/11 - Trustee confirms all payments made
08/10/11 - DISCHARGED !
10/02/11 - CASE CLOSED
Countdown: 60 months paid, 0 months to go -
I think I'd be asking all of the "what if" scenarios:
What if I have an emergency (car problems, unanticipated medical bills)?
What if I have an increase in income?
What if I have to move (i.e. job moves)?
What if I get divorced/married?
