I don't believe it! My last payment last month was my 49th payment on my 60 month plan. My trustee's account showed I had a surplus of about $2200 in my account and my credit union and attorney fees had been paid. Tody I got a letter from my trustee telling me they had sufficient funds to complete my plan and to NOT send any more money!! My plan will be discharged when I certify that I have completed the instructional course for financial management which I did at the beginning of my BK. I hope there's nothing else I have to do. I'll call my attorney on Monday to make sure. I just can't believe it...I don't have another year of payments!!

I remember at the beginning I thought all this would never end. When I get home it's celebration time!!

What a great forum...although I didn't participat alot I did read a lot here and thank all of you for any advice you have give. And, to those still in the plan...hang in there!!
