Does property need to be surrendered before Plan Confirmation?

We put that we are surrendering one of our vehicles. Does it need to be surrendered or in-process before we are confirmed?

You only need to make it available for the creditor. You do not need to go out of your way to make it available. Out of your way, may include calling them or delivering it to them. You would wait for the creditor to contact you and then you can make arrangements, which could include dropping it off (such as if it was a local credit union).

I surrendered a truck when I Filed. It took them 10 months to come get it.I drove it the whole time.
