How long do creditors have to file a claim?

How long do creditors have to file a claim once I've filed for bk13?

It is set for a very specific date. Non-government creditors typically have until 90 days after your first scheduled 341 Meeting. Governmental units typically have 180 days after your first scheduled 341 Meeting. To get the exact date, look at your Notice of Bankruptcy.

(So, using the criteria above, typical creditors have about 120 days (4 months) from your filing date and government agencies have about 210 days (7 months) from your filing date. Again, this is based on when your 341 Meeting is scheduled. The 341 Meeting is typically scheduled about 30 days from your filing date.)
    Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)
Status: (Auto) Discharged and Closed! 5/10
