Well, today we have officially filed for Chapter 13!! I don't know why my stomach hurts so bad but it does. I guess it's the fact the we are officially in the waiting game.
I know it's been asked before but how soon will we find out our 341 date?
As assumed we are 100% payback with a 1400.00 a month payment!! Can't say this scares me too much because we were current on all bills (just never ahead), and our minimums were 2200 a month. This is actually going to feel like an 800.00 a month raise/saving account!!
