    Plan Modification

I am in 1% Plan payment. In next few months, I may be able to get another job. Can I change my plan to 100%.

What is the difference between a regular plan and 100% plan. Will trustee will be less bothered about 100% plans.

Another reason is that I want to start a business. If I change my plan to 100%, will that give me freedom from Trustee to do things that I can do in my life without informing trustee?

    Thanks for your help

A 100% plan means that your plan pays 100% of all unsecured claims.

If your income increases and you can show enough income to fund a 100% plan, you can modify your plan. But, I wouldn't do that voluntarily unless the trustee or your current confirmation order requires it.

What makes you think you need to tell the trustee if you want to start a business? As long as you comply with the terms of your plan, the trustee doesn't care what you do.
