60 month plan. Modified twice due to mortgage loan mods.

Discharged 2/13/2014

It has been 5 years. Didn't think we would make it through. Everything our attorney said we could do we did. He was and is the best! It is over and we can start fresh.

I just want to say that when this all first went down we were scared, embarrassed and ashamed. Looking back we made a business decision. Knowing what I know now I would not be scared, embarrassed or ashamed.

Worrying does nothing to help. The BK law is what it is. You are protected by it.

I want to thank all those on these forums that have been such a blessing. I'll stop by later with some more comments and hope I can help others in the future.
