    What does this mean?

A few days ago, "Completed - Pending FRA" showed up on my profile on the trustee's dashboard. Now today, it's showing that they have disbursed all funds, a 0.00 balance in all owing columns, including a bit of a refund to me, minus a little bit of a hold over that amounts to about 1/4 of my payments (automatic voluntary deduction).

The question I have is can I officially start crying now because this is done, pending the judges final discharge, in which case I will curl up into a ball and weep for two days?

Essentially yes, provided you have completed necessary post filing courses. Audit for final report and account from the trustee, objections if any, and then the final decree, more or less. I got a discharge notice about 2 months after my last payment but the final decree from the courts didn't come for several months after that.

    Congratulations!!!!

Hopefully they are tears of joy. Haven't heard of anybody crying over the fact that they don't have to pay the trustee anymore.

      Haha yes, tears of joy.

I poked around on Pacer last night and found the court's documents to my company telling them to stop the wage attachment. So I would think the trustee's audit is done and I'm good to go.

"Pending FRA" means that the Final Report and Accounting is pending. You are good to go, but I don't think you will get your discharge until the trustee files the FRA.

Go ahead and have good cry. You deserve the catharsis!

I also have this on the "Completed - Pending FRA (01-14-16)" on the Bankruptcy Software Specialist / 13network website. Could my trustee already have filed the audit for tomorrow? On the Nationaldatacenter website status shows "About to complete".

Ok now Nationaldatacenter website shows the same,Completed - Pending FRA. Will I still be required to continue sending payments for the next few months until its completed?

Yeah I'm in So Cal. Thats a long wait. I contacted my attorney and he said to check back in every 30 days and my plan does not finish until April... bummer. So I'm right on track with your situation. 3 months.

Well I got a refund from my trustee, a few hundred dollars and a letter stating my plan basically completed and is going through the audit stages. My attorney told me not to send any further payments which work for me... He said it will be about 6 months for the case to close.
