    Thanks for the link, will definitely have to do some reading some during commuting.

    Sorry I forgot it was you that told us.

    We know that creditors, judges, BK lawyers, trustees, and congress people were all involved in the process of changing the laws. But studies were not enough to represent the debtors. Somehow, I don't think they called in people who are in the middle of a Ch 13 or post-BK due to dismissal or discharge so that they could make a passionate case as to what reforms would work and which would not.

      You or your attorney needs to contact the Trustee and make arrangements for 1/2 payment now and a date when the other will be sent......

      No arrangements - your taking your chances on dismissal.......

      Trustee will work with you if you contact them usually.......
