OMG I have been trying to refi for 3 months and have been paying on my ch.13 for 37 months. Struggling doesn't begin to describe the past few years....after 3 months of trying to refi. my loan funded today and I am speechless...I actually can pay my bills comfortably and have no debt besides my house. I am taking a vacation in two weeks and can actually go somewhere!! I just want to say thanks to everyone I've read tons of articles here and rarely post but just wanted to say thanks and give some hope to all in similar situations! Stay the course there is light at the end of the tunnel.
