    Okay, I am "in" Case confirmed today!

    Well, looks like I am now officially a "member"

    My case was confirmed today for the amount that has been discussed with me from the beginning

    I am so happy to have taken this step into 13 and now I know that for the time being, no worries over the amount of the payment

    Let the games begin, shall we!
    Chapter 13 Filed: 5.30.2006

    341 Meeting: 6.26.2006

    Confirmation Meeting: 8.1.2006

    Case Confirmed: 8.15.2006

    $743 a month for 60 months

    23% Payback

    $13k Car Loan

    $90k ccard

    (4.5% to Trustee and $2500 to Lawyer)

    09/27/07 - Confirmed at last!
    06/10/11 - Trustee confirms all payments made
    08/10/11 - DISCHARGED !
    10/02/11 - CASE CLOSED
