Don't let anyone tell you it can't be done. Two months into a 60mo plan, I file d a motion to incur new debt by refinancingthe my house and paying off my 13 plan balance only (50% of total debt). Trustee recommended approval and judege went for it today. I'll refi my 2year arm, pay off the BK13, and start rebuilding my credit before end of year....I went pro se the whole way and judge and trustee were pretty impressed....

You were incredibly fortunate to have a trustee that didn't force you to pay off your creditors at 100% with your early buy-out. What state did you file in?
