    Pacer Flags Meaning

Hi all I filed 3/18/2020. Had my 341/MOC on 4/20 so obviously I know what that part means. But please see below

    Flags: 341held, CASECHECKED

Casechecked? What does that really mean?

I also have Pending Status: Awaiting Discharge? So basically just the timer has started? The tr had filed a Trustee's Initial Report & First Meeting Held 4/20/2020 on 4/25/2020 but I cannot click the link to see what the document really says.

    Thanks for all the help

It looks like a custom flag used locally by Eastern District of Michigan. It is in their system as "Case Checked" and can just mean that some "local" process was performed which validated/verified the case history/status/paperwork. I would not look to that flag as anything important from a debtor standpoint.

Right now, it's just a waiting game (60 days from the 341 Meeting held on 4/20/2020).

By the way, welcome to BK Forum.
