Creditors Holding Unsecured NonPriority Claims-Schedule F

OK the date the claim was incurred is the date the account was opened;the Consideration for the claim is what it is:like credit card, department store card, car loan, student loan......;a set off is a debt the creditor owes to you.
As far as Contingent,Unliquidated or disputed goes I left these blank but just in case I'll let you know what each means: Contingent:One that will only be owed if some future event occurs(such as a tax audit);unliquidated:one in which the exact amount of the debt has not been determined(such as you know you owe a tax but will not know the exact amount until you know the full amount of income/expenses).Disputed:is one you are contesting-someone is claiming you owe the debt but you don't think you do or you do not owe as much as he or she is claiming.). If none of them apply leave the columns BLANK.
    Good Luck.

To make it easier on yourself I would buy a Bankruptcy Guide to help you get those forms filled out. It'll cost around $20-$30 but it is well worth it.Go to your nearest book store and look under the Financial section. There should be few books to choose from.Look at each of them and select the one that explains each of the forms and how to fill them out.
I bought the Complete Personal Bankruptcy Guide written by an Attorney and it helped me out a great deal. There were still alot of things I needed help with but at least it'll get you thru most of your paperwork without too many problems.
Just trying to help.I just went thru what your going thru right now so I know how hard it can be to understand those BK forms!
      Good Luck!!

Now you know why lawyers get paid what they do

The best pro se filing book for Chapter 7 is the 2005 Nolo book written by Stephen Elias. You can buy it ionline on Amazon.com at http://www.amazon.com/How-File-Chapt.../dp/1413301797 or on the Nolo website at http://www.nolo.com/product.cfm/Obje...D0792C01A/213/ . It will be the best $20-25 you ever spent!
I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice nor a statement of the law - only a lawyer can provide those.
