    House included in 1st bankruptcy

I am hoping someone has an answer to this dilemma. I declared bankruptcy 8 years ago and unfortunately Covid has put a strain on my finances, and I am having to file again. The first bankruptcy I included my house, but I have continued to pay (I didn't reaffirm), and it has been fine. My question is do I have to include it again in the 2nd filing? And since it was included in the first one, do I use it as a asset in my 2nd. Any help would be appreciated. I have an appointment with an attorney Wednesday.

You list the home on Schedule A/B and the lienholder(s) on Schedule D.

Your old bk got rid of the obligation to pay. What remained was and is the lien. The amount owed to clear the lien is based upon the underlying promissory note you signed and subsequently discharged.

    Hope that helps.
