    lets do the happy dance!!!

okay guys,i did it!its all over and it was nothing just like all you guys said!i had to go right to work after the meeting so ive been thinking about you guys all day.i couldnt wait to get home and tell you guys all about it.i literally felt like i was gonna throw up on my way there today.so i get there and walk in the building.im a sneakers kind of girl so i had on the one pair of shoes that i own and they are proably about 4 inch heels.so already im walking kind of funny because im not use to heels.i get to the medal detecter and it goes off.the guy said it was just my shoes and lets me go.so im waiting for my purse that they put on the belt thing.it comes through and it somehow turned over and all my stuff is all over.tons of change (i mean a ton)all over the belt.i wanted to crawl under the table,i was so embaressed!anyway my very first thought was of you guys!i couldnt wait to tell you all about it.the two guys at the belt thing were both really cute and helped me pick up all the change.i was rambling on how im usually a very organized person except for my purse and that my husband is always yelling at me to close it up better.it was classic.so i get upstairs and go in the room.i ended up sitting next to a woman about my age and we chatted the whole time.it was great.when i finally got called it took about 5 minutes tops.sitting there in front of the trustee i felt my heart beating so loud and fast i wouldnt be surprised if everyone could hear it.i have to say thank you to everyone on this board.you guys got me through this.i was thinking of you all the whole time and it helped me more then you all will ever know.now we can all join together and help sinkingfast get through hers on the 11th.good luck sinkingfast, you will be in my thoughts!

yes i was a no-asset case and i did have a lawyer.who by the way came late today.i was sweating it out for a little bit.it was funny because i worked with a firm that sends someone else to the hearing so i had no idea what this guy looked like.so im sitting there and this nice looking guy walks in with a briefcase and im saying to myself please be my lawyer.(it wasnt) then this old guy walks in with a suit on and briefcase.he looked a little strange and was talking to himself.so then i was saying to myself please dont be my lawyer.(he wasnt) it was funny.my guy finally showed up.he was okay.

              Saucey,

I am glad your nightmare is over. I know you will never forget it, as I will never forget mine. It is time to begin building our lives. I have not pulled a credit report yet as mine was just discharged in July, and frankly I am scared of how low it is. I figure I will pull it after the first of the year. I am in no hurry to ever have exhorbitant credit again anyway. I have decided I am low maintenance and I do not really need much. Peace of mind is far more important to me these days (I am sure you can relate!) Anyway, glad it went well!!!!!
