PACER Question & Relief of Stay
I'm new to this forum and I have a couple questions.
First, is pacer down today. Everytime I log on today it says "connection failed".
Second, both Ford Motor Credit & Nissan Acceptance Corp. have filed a Relief of Stay on both of our vehicles. We were going to surrender the Ford but keep the Nissan. Now, we will have to pay our loan + court costs + atty fees to Nissan which is way more than the vehicle is worth. My question is the motion was filed on 11/9, our 341 was 11/2, and the hearing is 12/1. When do we have to return the vehicle? We have 2 small children and need 1 vehicle, but the looks of things we will have NONE. When will we be able to purchase a new vehicle? Can we withdraw/loan money from our 401K before discharge?
Any advice would be appreciated.
